The PIN Fellowship, the Workforce Development pillar's signature program, identifies and empowers the next generation of visionary leaders, connecting them across diverse industries as it establishes a resilient talent pipeline. Through year-long immersive experiential learning and professional mentorship, fellows develop practical, industry-specific skills while engaging in project areas including manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, IT/cybersecurity, cleantech, digital connectivity and fintech.
