Tech-Enabled Nutrition Education
Small Bites Adventure Club
The Small Bites team is working on tech-enabled solutions to increase children’s fruit and vegetable consumption. Small Bites Adventure Club plans to be the first technology-enabled nutrition education program built on evidence-based practices. Currently, Small Bites is building a wireframe and testing programs with a pilot group of 20 schools and afterschool programs.
SCC interns will assist with building and testing an app for teachers and parents to support healthy eating through designing and testing user interfaces, customer discovery interviews, researching go-to-market strategy, and pricing models.
With the help of SCC interns, this project will build upon Small Bites Adventure Club’s initiatives to develop technology-enabled nutrition programs that increase children’s fruit and vegetable consumption. To view a larger image of this presentation, click here.
