PIN Statewide Outreach and Events

This project focuses on bridging the gap between successful innovation initiatives and the local communities that can benefit from them most. The intern will serve as a catalyst for engagement by planning and executing 2–3 high-impact regional events across Georgia designed to showcase the Partnership’s diverse project portfolio. These interactive events provide a platform for local leaders, stakeholders, and residents to celebrate tangible community impacts and spark meaningful dialogue regarding future innovation opportunities in their own regions.

Beyond event logistics, the intern will act as a primary communicator, liaising with existing partners and identifying potential new collaborators to map emerging project opportunities. A critical component of the role is documenting these efforts to ensure long-term sustainability and a strengthened statewide presence. Key deliverables include a comprehensive communication suite, a stakeholder engagement log, and a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual that will serve as a roadmap for future outreach and engagement efforts.
