Mini City’s development marks a significant leap forward in leveraging technology to address the needs of vulnerable citizens. Led by Co-Founder and CEO, India Hayes, Mini City seeks to eradicate homelessness, not just in Metro Atlanta but across our nation. One of the major updates is the enhancement of Mini City’s tech platform to include a comprehensive Caseworker Portal. This portal serves as a centralized hub for caseworkers to manage their caseloads, maintain citizen profiles, track birth record requests, and monitor site and employee activities. Moreover, the portal provides real-time analytics to partner admins, enabling them to track their impact, performance and citizen needs efficiently.
Additionally, Mini City introduced a Citizen Portal, offering a curated directory of resources, offers and benefits tailored to address citizens’ needs such as housing, education, healthcare and employment. By serving as a hub for citizens to discover and access support, Mini City aims to proactively connect citizens with vital resources based on their eligibility and requirements.
Furthermore, Mini City’s Partner Feed and Portal facilitate seamless connections between needy citizens and various enterprise, municipal and community partners. These integrations aim to enhance Mini City’s offerings through custom integrations while standardizing processes to efficiently capitalize on prospective partnerships. Notable partners such as Comcast Xfinity, HOPE Atlanta and Equifax play crucial roles in expanding Mini City’s reach and capabilities.
Looking ahead, Mini City is committed to expanding its impact by scaling its compassionate tech solution state-wide, establishing a unified, scalable tech hub and making smart tech hyper-accessible to vulnerable citizens.
