Measuring What Matters: Building the Fitzgerald Foundation’s Evaluation and Impact Infrastructure (Atlanta, GA)
The Fitzgerald Foundation seeks an intern to support its new Evaluation and Impact Framework, which assesses philanthropic investments in education and mental health. Interns will build the infrastructure to collect and visualize data from grantees and public sources. The goal is to provide a data-driven understanding of workforce stability and access to care in Metro Atlanta.
Key deliverables include a prototype impact dashboard and templates for future grantee outcome tracking. Interns will gain practical experience in program evaluation, data visualization, and ecosystem-level analysis. The project helps the Foundation communicate its influence beyond grantmaking to Trustees and partners.
