GeorgiaForward Program Impact Mapping & Onboarding Analysis (Atlanta, GA)

This project focuses on developing economic impact measures for GeorgiaForward programs across the state. Interns will create an interactive, updatable map to showcase data related to leadership development and community capacity-building. They will also develop an evaluation tool to identify local assets and deficits for literacy and youth engagement initiatives.

The work supports signature programs like “Young Gamechangers,” which energizes leadership pipelines in Georgia cities. Interns will help cultivate the next generation of civic leaders by strengthening the data infrastructure for youth councils and workforce readiness. This role combines policy research, mapping, and program evaluation within the Georgia Municipal Association.
