Georgia Technology Authority Digital Connectivity

The state of Georgia has been at the forefront of broadband efforts nationwide – with its detailed broadband availability map and robust grant funding to strengthen infrastructure and get high-speed internet to homes and businesses throughout the state. The Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) is at the forefront of advance digital connectivity and equity statewide. 

In partnership with the PIN Fellowship IT & Cybersecurity vertical, GTA will employ a fellow to take the lead on engaging stakeholders statewide to implement the actions that are listed in the state’s digital connectivity plan.

Potential outcomes include:

• Funding library-based technical support
• Developing a comprehensive digital connectivity ecosystem
• Developing Smart Cities grant proposal
