Georgia FLEX Program
Preparing the Next Generation of Georgia Entrepreneurs
The Georgia Foundational Leadership & Entrepreneur X-perience (FLEX) program trains high school entrepreneurs to successfully develop and lead businesses. Through conducting a competitive learning-centric process, students are prepared and empowered to champion economies ranging from local to global capacities. With its initial launch in 2022, this non-profit started in Fitzgerald-Ben Hill County and has grown rapidly into other rural regions of Georgia. Working with statewide partners, local community change makers, and business leaders throughout the competition, FLEX continues its mission to empower businesses and develop a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem through education and community development.
