Content Development for GMA’s Website: City Stories and Municipal Resources (Atlanta, GA)

Interns will help the Georgia Municipal Association create an internal AI-powered chatbot to streamline information retrieval for the retirement team. The tool will allow staff to quickly search for city-specific pension details, reducing manual lookup time and improving productivity.

Deliverables include the chatbot application and a scalable foundation that can eventually include other benefits-related data. The project focuses on ensuring data accuracy and consistency across GMA’s records.
