Mayor’s Office of Constituent Services: Reimagining the External Engagement Strategy
The Mayor’s Office of Constituent Services works with constituents on addressing and accelerating issues, special projects, and identifying/leveraging resources such as grants and partnerships. The intent of this project is to take a proactive approach on outreach, receiving feedback, and addressing issues using quadrants of Atlanta’s population. While engaged in this innovative approach to constituent services, interns will craft a data lens, strategy for communicating to Atlanta’s various constituents based on quadrants and engage constituents where they are.
This project will enhance communication efforts to ensure the needs and concerns of citizens across Atlanta are heard and outward communication efforts are more relevant to constituents. To view a larger image of this presentation, click here.
