The development and deployment of 5G will introduce many new capabilities for infrastructure systems. However, it will also introduce new risks to both the telecommunications system itself and the critical infrastructure systems and critical infrastructure functions relying on 5G for increasing asset monitoring, automation, and control. This webinar discusses recent advances in assessing risks of 5G and connected infrastructure systems, including quantifying the impacts of emerging 5G risks on connected and automated vehicles and smart transportation infrastructure.
